£30,000 Credit Control Job | Media Organisation | Based in Oxford Circus | Italian/Spanish speakers wanted Your new company Brand new job vacancy at a Creative media organisation based in Oxford Circus. This Media are looking to bring an experienced WIP Biller/Credit Controller on board to oversee the entire AR function. The business boasts a fantastic company culture and is located in the heart of the West End - Surrounded by fantastic bars cafes and transport links. Your new role This is an A-Z collections role with a focus on international collections and working closely with the international finance team. You duties will include: Chasing customers for payments for overdue balances by phone and email Weekly Cash forecasting Sending Statements of accounts to customers Sending dunning letters to customers and ensuring theses are followed up on Attending 'Shut down meetings' with the Sales Team to discuss suspension of service for certain customers Requesting remittance advice and allocating outstanding payments Ensuring queries are resolved Supporting the Credit Control Manager in Month End Credit Control task Any other related ad-hoc tasks What you'll need to succeed You must speak fluent Italian or Spanish The successful candidate will be experienced in Credit Control or accounts with 6 months experience working in a media business. The role will contain a lot of excel work so good excel skills are essential. You will need to be able to work autonomously and work to strict deadlines and have a disciplined work ethic.
