Due to consistent growth and technological investment, we now seek an experienced and motivated IT technician to act as a valuable member of our technical team, helping to deliver an excellent standard of technical service, support and development across a range of modern technologies. Your new role You will work as part of our highly skilled technical team to provide support and training to our diverse end user base. You will personally contribute to the development of our internal infrastructure by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new practices, driving new procedures forward. What you'll need to succeed You will join our highly experienced technical support team. Supporting a wide range of technical issues and a pipeline of implementation projects. Previous experience in IT Support will be essential in this role. You will use your excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills to support and train our eclectic user base. ITIL qualifications will aid in your success. You'll use the following technologies daily Office 365 Azure Active Directory Exchange SharePoint Virtualisation technology Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL certificates, firewalls, routers etc) What you'll get in return You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £30,000 Benefits.
