Overview
Role: Finance Paralegal Salary: Up to £35k Contract: Permanent Main Responsibility: To support and assist the Finance & Corporate team. We have an exciting opportunity at a leading international law firm for a Finance Paralegal. The role will also involve supporting senior lawyers, partners and clients by having a good knowledge of the legal environment. Responsibilities: Prepare first drafts of documents Carry out research and document management Develop and expand client relationships Manage complex and demanding workload Participate in Business Development Carry out any other duties Required experience & Skills: 2:1 degree or equivalent in Law (or appropriate conversion) 3 years’ experience working in a legal environment Team player High-quality correspondence Please note: This is not the full job description, to find out more please apply now.
