A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of Merseyside's longest standing law firms with the dedicated Clinical Negligence Team. The team is fast paced, sociable and deals with clinical negligence cases of the highest quality and, at this exciting time in its evolution, has a new opening in the team. The Clinical Negligence Department is currently six strong and deals with a wide array of clinical negligence claims across the entire spectrum, mainly dealing with high value litigated work. As the next phase in its development, it requires an experienced clinical negligence solicitor (NQ-3 years) to get on board. You will work autonomously on a variety of challenging and predominantly litigated clinical negligence matters and will be working alongside the senior team members on more challenging and complex issues. The firm believes strongly in developing individuals and helping them to take positive steps forward in their careers.
