Overview
Opportunity for a mid-level commercial property lawyer, ideally with around 4PQE, to join a cohesive, entrepreneurial commercial property team at the heart of this long established mid sized Holborn firm. This role will involve running your own matters, dealing predominately with a wide range of commercial property work, but also a little high value residential property work. This role would particularly suit an ambitious commercial property lawyer looking to move to London from a strong regional real estate practice, or from a smaller London West End commercial property firm. The work will include a range of commercial (and residential) property investment and development, as well as commercial landlord and tenant, acting for property developers, dealers and investors in relation to properties ranging in size from relatively small properties up to multi-million pound commercial property portfolios.
