JOB TITLE: IP Litigation Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 3 Years PQE LOCATION: London SALARY: £Market Rate THE ROLE: Our client, a Legal 500 niche law firm, has an expert team of qualified solicitors specialising in intellectual property, technology, corporate, commercial, data protection and employment law. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Intellectual Property department to work primarily in a contentious IP role. The client base is diverse, ranging from the very small to larger entities, including a number of high profile international organisations. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from IP Litigation Solicitors with up to 3 years' PQE. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in contentious copyright, trade mark and design right matters. Knowledge of patent and non-contentious IP matters is also desirable, but not essential. You will have outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organisational and communication skills. You will be an intuitive self starter who wants to actively participate in the growth of team.
