Overview
Funds/Finance Paralegal An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of London’s elite US law firms as an Investment Funds Paralegal. Working alongside some of the City’s highest profile attorneys, you will be involved in providing transactional/deal execution support to the Funds team with full client liaison and complete exposure/involvement to high profile client and case matters. In order to be considered for this role, candidates are required to have a flexible and committed attitude to working hours as overtime is always readily available. Experience of using legal based software packages such as LegalKey and Filesite are desirable, along with being highly IT literate with a thorough knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are vital as the team will often be working to stringent timelines, with the added expectation of being renowned for always providing the highest standard of work, even when under pressure. Academic expectation is minimum 2:1 law degree or GDL equivalent with high scores in the LPC, experience gained from a City based law firm is also essential in order to apply for this role.
