Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Oxford Up to £42,000 The Company: My client is the UK's leading corporate healthcare business, providing occupational health and wellness services to some of the largest businesses across the UK. The Role: I am looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to work in Oxford. This is a full time role where the successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day. This role will suit a committed and enthusiastic individual with proven experience of building client relationships and delivering excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified individual to further expand their skills and expertise in a supportive team environment; playing a crucial role in providing a compassionate and professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care our client receives. You will assess clients presenting to OH, assessing clients' fitness to work for the appropriate job role, write letters to GPs, and support the OH manager as required. You will provide health surveillance, health promotion and take a senior role within the OH team and get involved in training, coaching and developing other OH team members. You will need to hold a registration with NMC Part 3 and have experience delivering health surveillance activities and undertaking medicals, presenting and delivering health promotion and able to prioritise and manage time effectively while having excellent communications skills with people at all levels. 25 days Holiday plus bank holidays.
