Infrastructure Analyst - Security / Access Management - Edinburgh - 6 month Fixed Term Contract Head Resourcing is currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Analyst ideally with experience in Security or Access Management for a 6 month fixed term contract with our highly reputable client based in Edinburgh. In this role you work within the Security and Access Management Team and will be responsible for the provisioning of User access to systems and applications aligned with our client's information security policies and procedures; ensuring the integrity and security of all systems and applications. You will also assist with the continued development, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, integration and security management of system processes. This will include working to support new users, leavers, and internal moves that require new access protocols. Responsibilities: - Responsible for co-ordination, processing and management of provisioning new users, movers and leavers across the firm. Work closely with all TSD teams to ensure all access and hardware requests are fulfilled accurately and within agreed time frames. - Work closely with HR and DISA's to ensure accurate recording of access changes within Service Now - Ensure documentation for the provisioning process is maintained and updated. - Provide MI to management team on changes to access relating to staffing changes. These changes will be recorded for internal and external auditing purposes. Any exceptions or issues must be notified to the SAM Team Manager - Delivery of IS Induction training for all new starts - Strive to make improvements to the current provisioning process driving changes and initiatives ensuring service to our end users is of the highest standard. Actively seek feedback from our DISA's and end users. - Work closely with SAM team members ensuring knowledge sharing and capability to assist with training and provisioning tasks in the event of absence. - Assist with day to day access requests to on premise and third party applications using RSA Access Management portal.
