Overview
Portfolio Credit Control are pleased to present an excellent opportunity within an establishedbusiness based in Wimbledon. They are looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their growing team, this vacancy is offering between £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience . Research deductions or short pays including queries, discounts, returns and other claims made by customers. Liaise between internal departments within the business. Develop and maintain a relationship with key customers. Handle any telephone queries and enquiries made by clients. Download data from portals. Work with customers to ensure timely collection of overdue invoices. Reconcile credit balances on the accounts. Raise credit notes. The Person Minimum 2 years experience in a credit controller/collections role collecting from supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury's etc. (Essential) Working Knowledge of SAP Excellent analytical and influencing skills. Energetic, decisive and a team player. IT Literate.
