Overview
Our client, a leading pensions consultancy, based in Reading is currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to join there Team to enhancing their Web Services for all their clients and members as this is one of there key projects to be delivered in 2020. Key Responsibilities Work alongside the Business Service Group and client leads across the Group to ensure that the new technology aligns with their existing platforms and that the solutions meet the needs of their clients and prospects. Working with business representatives to gather requirements and capture these in the most appropriate documentation. Put together process maps, functional specifications and have the ability to capture 'member journeys' that will form the basis of the new member site. Developing new member journeys, DC modelling, DB modelling, reporting and member profiling. To assist in the UAT of newly developed functionality is also a key part of the role Key Requirements Experience of being involved in projects that have developed web sites and web site content Proficient knowledge in benefit structures and calculation requirements for DB, DC and Hybrid pension schemes is desirable. Have worked with Web developers to design and implement solutions from 'clean slate' Experience of working directly with clients and business representatives to evaluate their requirements and develop solutions. Experience of working with suppliers to ensure consistency on interconnected deliverables. A well-recognised qualification relating to business analysis. This is a full time, Fixed Term Contract position for 12 months working Monday-Friday Our client offers an excellent remuneration package and excellent career progression prospects.
