We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join us at our Loughborough, Hemel Hempstead or Milton Keynes sites and develop our global suite of Product Certification and Kitemark schemes. The Role As the Senior Technical Project Manager, you’ll develop and maintain our Product Certification and Kitemark schemes, ensuring we remain compliant with industry best practice and accreditation requirements. Working as part of the Product Certification Team, you’ll: - Analyse market development opportunities - Recommend pricing and positioning for product certification schemes - Help to provide clients with quotations for product certification projects - Liaise with the Marketing, Sales and Global Assurance New Product Development Teams to develop ‘go to market’ plans - Strengthen our reputation in the product certification market by networking at events and exhibitions - Travel to sites throughout the UK and overseas to visit clients About You To join us as a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will need: - Experience and/or technical competence within an engineering, manufacturing, production, regulatory or related field - Previous experience of working within a matrix organisational structure - An understanding of ISO 17065 and product certification - A full driving licence and the ability to stay away for client visits - A strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen - The ability to develop, manage and review general business processes and systems - The drive to maintain and improve standards while managing costs - The ability to effectively communicate across different cultures Other organisations may call this role Senior Product Certification Manager, Senior Kitemark Scheme Manager, Senior Certification Scheme Manager, Regulatory & Compliance Manager, or Senior Certification Scheme Development Manager.
