My client is a well-established, boutique Managed Services Provider (IT Support Company / MSP) who provides a high level of support to a loyal client base. They are incredibly passionate about developing their business further and are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer / Team Leader with strong technical skills, who is able to help drive their business forward and take them to the next level. * Are you a technically-able Senior IT Engineer with good knowledge of up to date technologies including Azure / 365? * Do you have some leadership experience or are you looking to move into a team leader position? * Do you have some relevant IT certifications (365 security / Azure fundamentals etc)? We have a fantastic opportunity for you! The role of IT Team Leader is varied and interesting. We are looking for a business minded individual with a strong technical skills set. It is vital that you have current or recent experience of working in a Senior IT Support or Team Leader position within a Managed Services Provider (IT Support Company / MSP). The Senior IT Support Engineer / Team Leader Duties: The role involves managing a small IT support team and overseeing the daily support services as well as managing client's expectations. You will report into the Director of the organisation and play a key role in decision-making. The client has big plans for the next few years and this role has the potential to develop extremely quickly. We are looking for a driven, passionate individual who is keen to play a key role in a growing business. Due to the nature of this role, it's vital that you are a driver with a clean license and your own car, as occasional travel to (local) client sites will be required. Expenses are paid. Knowledge and Experience Required: * Experience of working for a Managed Services Provider (IT Support Company / MSP) * Hands-on 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support experience. (As this is a small company we are looking for a candidate who doesn't mind 'getting their hands dirty' and supporting tickets and the support team where required. * Strong technical skills covering all IT infrastructure and Security (Virtualisation, Cloud, Office365, Azure, MS Office, Exchange, Networking etc). * Experience in a senior or leadership role (or high capabilities), looking to make a real change within a growing organisation.
