Overview
One of Reading's best known and highly respected employers is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team and contribute to a number of key IT projects across their busy and rapidly expanding IT department. The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for end to end business analysis working closely with the wider project team and different business units. There is a large element of 'as is' and 'to be' process analysis to be carried out along with a heavy emphasis on stakeholder engagement. You will be required to engage with stakeholders across the organisation from IT to Finance in order to understand their current usage of the existing system, analyse their needs, and to document and present these findings. Through these findings you'll liaise with the project team to devise solutions. You'll also engage with, and manage, third party providers in order to implement the best tool/s for the new system. This is a rare opportunity for a BA with any level of experience to join a thriving organisation and involve themselves in a number of flagship projects.
