Boston Hale are partnered with a leading Healthcare organisation who are looking to recruit an expert Interim Performance Lead to support the development and implementation of a performance management framework and strategy. The successful candidate will provide expert knowledge in regard to the developing nature of national performance measures and targets and the development of local requirements to support the development and implementation of the operating plan. You will need to drive performance improvement and to ensure delivery of all national and local performance targets across the sector.
