Overview
Permanent Customer Services Job - Chester - £18,000 - Free on-site parking Your new company You will be working for a highly recognised, professional body based in the Chester area as part of their busy Customer Service teams. Unique in their approach and leading their way in their field, they are going from strength to strength and are continually expanding in all of their UK offices. Your new role Directly dealing with customers by telephone, email and live chat, you will be providing a high level of customer care in response to customer orders and enquiries about services. You will be proactively dealing with queries and follow up on customer interactions whilst accurately recording data and updating the system in a timely manner. You will be able to support with general administrative duties as and when required. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a proactive worker with the ability to think on your feet to ensure customer needs are met. You will have fantastic attention to detail when inputting information and you will be able to work confidently in a team whilst using your initiative independently. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively to achieve a desired outcome What you'll get in return You will receive full time working hours Monday - Friday in a bright, modern office space easily accessible by public transport and with free on site parking. You will be entitled to 25 days holiday bank holidays and have access to a generous employer contribution pension of up to 10%. You will have access to season ticket loans and a salary of £18,000.
