Overview
I am currently recruiting a 6 month contract role for a large national business based in Warwick. This is a contract role to support the existing HR team with workload, cases and projects. You will partner manager to provide support on employee relations including Performance, absence, capability and development. Additionally you will guide them with their talent needs offering succession planning solutions and supporting with recruitment needs across your divisions. You will support on projects including pay and reward, salary bench-marking and driving forward business values. You will keep managers up to date with key HR MI & Data advising them on interventions where necessary. You will need ensure that your advice is fair, consistent and in line with legal and company policy. The successful candidate will be immediately available, local to Warwickshire and be interested in committing to a 6 month assignment.
