Overview
Global Accounting Network are currently partnering with a global FinTech business based in London to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the strategic & value-add activities of the business through providing detailed analysis and the delivery of the strategic plan. This role partners closely with Product, Sales, Strategy and a variety of senior stakeholders across the business The Role: Responsible for the delivery of the annual budgeting & planning cycle Providing ad-hoc financial analysis to add value to decision making & providing insight at a strategic & operational level Provide analysis to identify & support commercial opportunities, as well as identifying opportunities to reduce inefficiencies across the business Monthly financial reporting for business partners including variance analysis & insight Deputise for the Head of Commercial Finance in her absence This role would suit a highly commercial accountant who has demonstrable experience of providing high-quality, insightful analysis to non-finance business partners. The successful candidate will be fully qualified, and will be highly competent on Excel & with analytical tools. A degree in numerate subject such as maths or economics is desirable, and a knowledge of the FinTech industry would be a benefit.
