Overview

Initial 6 month fixed term contract with potential to go permenant Up to 33k pa pro rata, immediate start, free parking and enhanced pension scheme. Joining a friendly but busy HR team at a luxuryy goods company, you will be supporting business areas and Senior Business Partner with the full employee cycle. As well as having superb attention to detail and accuracy, you also need to hit the ground running and have experience in working in a faced paced environment. General ER administrative duties will also be required such as administrating various employee schemes, generating letters and maintaining employee records and files. As the Employee Relations Advisor you will be: Supporting Business Areas and the Senior People Business Partner with the full employee life cycle i.e. resource planning, performance management, learning and development and off-boarding Supporting stakeholders and colleagues within the People Team with the employee relations processes Supporting the Senior People Business Partner and business areas as required by providing accurate data and insight Coordinating, managing and facilitating Company Inductions and work alongside the People Advisor and Talent Manager to support with scheduling all internal training courses Adhering to the companies policies and procedures in order to advise employees and managers Working closely with the Payroll and People Administrator to resolve payroll queries and input into the payroll process, ensuring our systems are up to date and accurate Supporting the new starter and leaver process by working closely with the Payroll and People Administrator Supporting and managing key projects within the People Team To be successful as the Employee Relations Advisor you will need: Experience of providing support and advice to line managers and employees An exceptional understanding and interpretation of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation's Previous experience with people issues To be a logical, process driven thinker that has the ability to use your own initiative and take responsibility for own work An interest in the Business, people and related disciplines An interest in process development and improvement and strong problem solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy skills To be Highly IT literate To be a team player Demonstrable communications skills, both verbal and written Associated Benefits: 6 month fixed term contract Up to 33k pa pro rata Free Parking Enhanced Pension Discount on company products HOW DO I APPLY?
