Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Change Analyst to join a busy Change Team in Central London. You will support customer’s proposals to amend company documentation and its associated systems and processes. Experience of working within the energy sector a distinct advantage. The role: Research, assess, progress Changes (Modifications, Change Proposals and Issues) in line with agreed processes, timescales and quality standards. Produce change reports that accurately interpret and document discussions with market participants to enable the Panel, its sub-Committees and the regulator to make decisions on whether market changes should be made. Produce business requirements for changes that clearly reflect agreed solutions. Assess the impact of changes on market participants, service providers and stakeholders to ensure successful change delivery. Produce change progression plans detailing the activities and resources needed to progress changes Actively welcome, support and develop process improvements to enhance customer service, developing the change processes for the benefit of the industry Build and maintain strong positive relationships between internal teams and customers To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills. The ability to write technical reports, and present large amounts of complex information in a clear and concise manner. Deliver engaging presentations. Be an excellent organiser and a meticulous planner. Be adaptable and resilient to change and welcoming of process improvement.
