LAW Absolute is working with a local authority based in South East England in their search for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer. Our client is seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer with a wealth of construction law experience for an initial three month contract. The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be required to provide advice on the following matters: Construction law related matters Third party contract documentation General contractual issues such as early termination EU Procurement Law and State Aid Tendering processes Please note, the above is not a comprehensive list of the matters the successful candidate will advise on day to day. It is essential that candidates applying for the role have a proven track record advising on construction law matters as this role will focus heavily on matters of that nature. Previous local authority experience would be advantageous but not essential.
