Sales Operations Administrator Up to £25,000 Would you like to work with a small, friendly and supportive team? Do you have take pride in making ethical and sustainable choices? This role will involve efficient administration including managing customers orders, order processing and debt collection. As such, you should enjoy interacting with people and your communication (both written and verbal) would need to be confident, clear and accurate. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and should be confident using your initiative Key Responsibilities Managing customer telephone enquiries Debt collection Be solely responsible for managing and developing all aspect of small retail accounts Manage trade newsletters Maintain and update customer leads Participate in in-house training sessions covering product knowledge Processing invoices Ad hoc duties Essential Attributes Customer service experience in an office environment (B2B/B2C) Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages (Excel and Outlook ) Flexible team player who can demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to use initiative Sound like your dream job?
