Overview

Our client is an early stage UK head quartered business within the technology sector looking to appoint a Financial Controller reporting into the COO based in the London Head Office. This exciting brand is a disruptor in the consumer market with its category changingproduct. Working with the business to create and build the finance division you will be involved in taking this brand into its next exciting part of the journey. Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to - Preparing financial accounts, year- end, and all monthly reporting Creating process and controls and keeping abreast of all improvements Financial modelling from scratch and all analysis Forecasting, budgeting and planning Ensuring compliance and tax requirements are met Recruiting and managing a team Working with all external providers and agencies Working across all relevant negotiations and contract reviews Supporting the CFO with all funding and M & A Requirements Experience of working within a Private Equity, Start up or leveraged business Multisite, Multi business experience M & A exposure Exposure to working with the board is essential You must have experience in working in a consumer hard goodsenvironment within a product related environment Ecommerce, vendor finance, warehousing returns, offshore suppliers experience is a must If you choose to email us in response to this advert please keep the data you send us to a minimum, i.e. your CV (in Word) , your email address and your contact number.
