Network Sales Manager - Pathology Siemens Healthineers are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Network Sales Manager, with a solid background within NHS Pathology services, to join our team within Laboratory Diagnostics. Covering the East Anglia, London and some of the South East the role of the N etwork Sales Manager is to manage Siemens Healthineers Pathology Laboratory Diagnostics sales activities within their assigned NHS Networks (regions). These activities should ensure comprehensive engagement with stakeholders to introduce the top-line benefits of a future Siemens proposition, whilst continuously developing the Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics business, within our existing Managed Pathology Services (MPS) customer base. Responsibilities: Ensure revenue and profit delivery within your assigned network Oversees initial Sales process: Manage the engagement against complex sales projects from initial engagement and multi-disciplinary scoping, stakeholder mapping and insights, through to opportunity development. Customer Stakeholder engagement: Works quickly and intelligently to find a basis of engagement with stakeholders in competitive sites. Is pleasantly persistent to get to hard to reach stakeholders. Acts as a senior company representative. High - level solution selling: Able to articulate the competitive benefits of working with Siemens, particularly in view of any challenges and pain points expressed by competitive customer stakeholders. Can maintain interest in Siemens solutions within competitive customers. Internal Relationships: Engage with colleagues from other functions in a collaborative manner to encourage them to assist in insight collection and opportunity development Contract management of existing Managed Pathology Services accounts to ensure delivery on our customer's contractual and service delivery requirements Drives forwards the Siemens Healthineers organisation to generate customer satisfaction and loyalty Hold the principal responsibility for assay penetration and contract development within your assigned customer base, inclusive of negotiating change controls for the Siemens portfolio and 3rd party solutions to grow contract value Request and channel resources to generate account knowledge, network information and insight to be used to generate both initial scoping documents but also to provide information for the next stage of the sales process Responsible to sell our solutions into competitive accounts and also pursue other sales opportunities for instruments and partial solutions into private customers with their assigned geographical areas Aside from growth you will facilitate contract extensions and the very best chances for Siemens to retain the account during the customer's next procurement cycle Essential skills and experience required: A proven key accounts sales professional with demonstrable sales experience, able to evidence accounts won, hostile accounts converted and ability to be successful in a complex sales environment Previous formal sales training, track-record of sales excellence and attainment, trained and experienced in large account management and able to influence without authority NHS Pathology knowledge and recent experience ESSENTIAL Siemens product portfolio experience would be preferred.
