Overview
Are you a multi skilled maintenance technician or have a mechanical bias? Do you want to work for an organisation that makes a massive difference to the lives of everyday people? Are you available ASAP? If you are answering yes to the above, then this could be the role for you. We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to work for one of our NHS clients based in Leeds. The role is working full time, initially on a 6 months basis, with the right candidate starting ASAP. The post will reverberate around providing risk assessments, maintenance, installations and fault finding across a variety of different machinery/equipment. This will include: Voltage systems Steam raising plant Steam sterilisers Medical gas systems Lighting Fire detection Stand by generator plant Refrigeration plant Heating and ventilation systems In addition you will also be required to: Coordinate and supervise estates work Organise shut downs Problem solve issues Record, update and audit estates records Carry out surveys The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar role within the NHS previously. However, if you have worked in a maintenance capacity, and have a mechanical bias or are multi skilled, then do apply by using the online method available.
