Overview
Our client is a top tier City firm with a high profile commercial disputes practice, which deals with the full range of commercial disputes work, including a wide variety of general commercial and corporate litigation, international arbitration, finance litigation and regulatory investigations, and judicial review. The Partners are looking to hire a commercial litigator, September 2018 qualifier or above, a first rate academic background, and strong High Court commercial litigation experience gained from another highly respected City or national commercial litigation practice. Some investigations experience would be advantageous. Applications are welcomed from litigators with a specialism in a particular area of litigation who would like to^develop a greater breadth of commercial disputes experience, which can be gained within this group. Unlike other leading City litigation teams, Associates in this commercial disputes practice are not pigeon-holed into one area of litigation, but rather enjoy a broad mix of work. The firm has an excellent training programme, and there are a number of fantastic opportunities for Associates on offer firmwide.
