If you are happy to take on a temporary contract, are immediately available for work and are able to demonstrate the below skill set, don't hesitate; apply today RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be require to arrange courses and events with internal and external suppliers and agencies, checking diaries and booking rooms. Organising catering, travel and accommodation where necessary. Updating information from the courses onto the system and making sure that all data in recorded. Answering questions in regards to courses and events from participants. Covering all ad hoc admin duties. REQUIREMENTS: You must have recent experience as a Clerical Assistant/Administrator You must be IT literate to a high standard, being able to use Microsoft packages You must be highly organised and be able to multi task You must be available for an immediate start Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
