South Warwickshire NHS Foundation have been rated as outstanding following our latest inspection by the CQC and we are recruiting new staff to come and help us improve even further. based between the Cape Road HV team (cape Road clinic, Cape Road, Warwick for 3 days) and the Alcester HV team (Alcester Primary Care Centre, field Park Drive, Alcester), some home working may be expected within this role. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Health Visiting teams, providing a range of administrative and clerical duties as delegated by the Health Visitors and the Community Nursery Nurse. The role is varied and challenging and applicants will need to demonstrate their ability to work as part of a team and also independently in order to support the Health Visiting team to deliver services. You should be: * Able to demonstrate a good basic education * English Language GCSE pass (or equivalent) * Good level of typing * Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office * An ability to learn and adapt quickly and use initiative * Working knowledge of patient administration systems is an advantage but training will be given. Travel may be required to access training or to liaise with other local teams. As part of our safe recruitment practice, it is a mandatory requirement for all newly appointed staff requiring a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to be registered with the DBS Update Service. All eligible staff recruited to the Trust are expected to maintain their annual update subscription whilst employed with the Trust as a condition of employment. The cost of the first year's subscription to the update service will be reimbursed by the Trust as a payroll refund.
