Overview
My client are a leading distributor and are looking for a Fluent French speaking Account Manager to join the fun and friendly team in Welwyn Garden City. Established over 25 years ago, the company boast an extensive client list and industry leading reputation. They pride themselves on their tailored and consultative customer service experience and your role will be to increase sales growth on existing accounts and develop new accounts. The Role: - Receive orders from clients and provide quotations accordingly - Point of contact for customers by phone and email - Track orders through to completion - Grow accounts by offering great customer service and ensuring commercial opportunities are taken advantage of - Work along with the Supply Chain function to ensure orders are fulfilled successfully The Person: The successful person in this role will have a commercial eye, attention to detail and fantastic customer service. Ideally you will have previous experience working within a busy distribution organisation and be able to demonstrate how you’ve previously grown accounts.
