An opportunity has opened up for a proactive and outgoing Claims / Insurance sales professional to work for a growing and well respected Insurance company in Ipswich This role consists of making out bound calls to claimnants, discussing their needs for repairs and claims following a road traffic accident. All claimants will request a phone call, with it then being your duty to take them through the claims process, advising on services that your company can offer. Intervention Claims Handler £23,000 - £25,000 DOE Ipswich For this role you must be self confident and an excellent communicator, calmly taking claimants throughout the process. You will assess indemnity and liability for claimants and offer solutions to them of how to best progress the claim, utilising a consultative and empathetic approach.
