Overview
My client, a growing tech business based in Liverpool Street are seeking a pro-active and self-motivated credit controller to join their fun and busy team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career where you will be responsible for the ownership of accounts and proactively manage the allocated customers. Key duties Proactively chasing collection targets(b2b) via phone and email Managing relationships internally and externally and resolving queries in a prompt and timely manner Banking and cash allocation onto system Maintaining Credit Card receipts, inclusing reconciliations and allocations Credit check existing and new customers including credit limits and payment terms Creating and setting up new accounts on system Dealing with billing escalations Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
