Overview
Our client are a fast growing, VC backed online marketplace and are looking to appoint an Interim Financial Accountant on a 3-6 month basis initially. Immediate start. The Role: · Statutory accounts preparation · Group consolidation including multicurrencies · Support wider finance team with monthly management accounts submissions · Cash flow forecasting and management · Balance sheet reconciliations · Suggest improvements to month end reporting and close processes · VAT input and review · You’ll ensure preparation of accounting papers to support financial/regulatory changes as required · Lead external audit process Required experience: · Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) · Experience in an accounting practice preferred · Group consolidation experience essential · Experience in a high growth, scaling tech/e-commerce business advantageous · Strong excel skills ideally including building financial models · Able to work in scale up environment and bring structure to their role
