Overview
The Consultancy Group are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a Marketing Agency based in Central London. Our client work with a portfolio of globally recognised technology clients and are experience a huge growth in revenue. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the existing Finance Team, whilst assisting the Senior Management & Executive team with Key Decision making in the business. Working alongside the CFO and FD, you wil be given plenty of commercial exposure as well whilst leading the period end process and reporting Duties will include: Provide Commentary & Analysis to the Budgeting/Forecasting process to provide valuable insight to key stakeholders Monitoring working capital and ensuring cashflow balances and forecasts are accurately maintained Playing an integral part to the annual budget process and 5 year plan Implementing continuous improvement projects on existing financial reporting process and developing robust controls The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with a proven background in operating at the same level, ideally within a creative industry.
