Commercial Lawyer We have been instructed by a leading City Law firm who are seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial IP/IT Lawyer to cover the maternity leave of a Senior Associate for 12 months. The role is to start in February 2020. This team is consistently ranked as one of the top tier practices in the UK and is currently recognised as a Tier 1 practice for commercial contracts and technology in the Legal 500. Sought is an experienced Commercial Lawyer with upwards of 5 years PQE gained at a magic/silver circle or leading city firm. Suitable candidates must have experience of commercial contracts, IP, IT and outsourcing across a range of industry sectors and their most recent roles needs to be from a law firm environment.
