Overview
Special Education Needs Lawyer sought for a leading firm in Cambridgeshire. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Special Education Needs Lawyer to join our client’s thriving practice in the Cambridge area. The successful candidate will handle a demanding caseload of special education needs, whilst providing first-class client care. The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities • Undertaking advocacy in case management and final hearings • Managing a caseload of SEN Tribunal cases • Attend client liaison meetings • Advise clients in SEN issues • SRA matters • Assist with teambuilding matters The Candidate • Solicitors, barristers and chartered legal executives NQ plus with experience of SEN law preferred • 3 years PQE litigation • Knowledge of SEN court tribunals and procedures (SEN preferred) • Knowledge of Education Law and Judicial Review • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of people • Able to plan and prioritise work • Excellent client care skills The Firm Our client is a highly regarded social enterprise law firm specialising in the Public Sector.
