Commercial Paralegal Temp to Perm In-House with a Data Company A leading data-driven business is looking for a Commercial Paralegal to join its in-house team in London for a full-time, contract role that has a good chance of going permanent. Your new employer Founded in the 90s, this leading data-driven business is very well established business is a market leader in what they do. They have around 200 in the business and are based in the heart of the City with lots to do in the area. With a great working culture and a real family feel, the legal team is offering their new Paralegal plenty of scope for growth and are very selective from a cultural fit perspective. Your new role Joining a well-developed wider legal function, the successful Commercial Paralegal will take on a broad role with duties including: Drafting and reviewing a host of business-critical agreements Providing support on mergers and acquisitions, data protection, licensing and regulatory queries Providing legal support to other areas of the business, building relationships with different business units as a reliable cog in the legal machine What you'll need to succeed You will be a Paralegal with excellent academics (2:1 or 1st in degree) and, ideally, a successfully completed Legal Practice Course.
