This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a Legal 500, Commercially growing practice based near Bracknell. Anyone who would be moving to this firm would have excellent training. The role You will be joining a leading employment department. You will be working directly alongside partners and senior fee-earners giving you fantastic caseload exposure. You will join an award-winning employment team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities an outstanding expertise. Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role, you will deal with; day-to-day employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave issues and working time questions, more strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements, senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits, collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE, industrial relations and trade union matters, employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation. There will be a strong focus on Corporate support on this position. You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role. Requirements You will be an Employment Lawyer who is NQ-2 years PQE You should work for a well-known employment department A meticulous eye for detail is essential Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to progress with a highly reputable, Legal 500 practice based near Bracknell.
