JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor PQE: 3 – 6 years LOCATION London SALARY: £70 - £90K DOE benefits THE ROLE: As an experienced Commercial Solicitor you will have between 3 – 6 years' PQE having experience of advising and assisting clients with non-contentious technology, data and commercial transactions including ICT contracting, IT and other outsourcing projects, social media advice, privacy and data sharing transactions and a wide range of general commercial transactions. Having an expertise in cutting edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain would be of interest to the firm. THE CANDIDATE: This highly renowned firm is looking for a Commercial Solicitor with excellent technical expertise, a sound knowledge of the general principles of patent, trademark, copyright and design law, good client-facing skills and the ability to work well as part of an team but more than happy to work independently, being flexible and enthusiastic as well as having great attention to detail.
