A leading Legal 500 accredited firm of solicitors with multiple offices throughout the South are now looking for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor or Senior Conveyancer to start up a new office in Central Reading . My client is one of the biggest highstreet practices in the UK. They have a huge property offering but would now like to expand their offering to the Thames Valley. The successful candidate's duties will include dealing with the following residential property matters: Freehold and leasehold properties Sales and purchases Re-mortgages Shared ownership Equity release Mortgages New builds My client are looking for someone who is very keen to get involved with business development/networking and someone with excellent techincal knowledge. My client are happy to consider individuals in a senior position currently or those who are ready for a step up.
