Overview

Top tier City firm seeks an experienced, ambitious associate, ideally with at least 3PQE, to join its growing financial services practice, which has an excellent reputation in the marketplace. This role will involve advising on a wide range of domestic and European regulatory issues, including the impact of the regulatory regime on corporate, venture capital and private equity businesses; securities trading, clearance and settlement matters; new payment products and services; investment management and global custody services; wholesale and retail financial product development; the structuring, establishment and promotion of investment fund vehicles.
