Overview
Highly regarded Property department at this commercial law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property/ Real Estate Solicitor of 2 or more years’ PQE. This Property team has been highly ranked in the legal directories for a number of years. They have an established reputation and broad experience over the entire sector, providing a first-class service on all aspects of transactions, acquisitions, leasing, management and disposals of real estate assets. The work is of high quality and they advise private, public, commercial, charity and not-for-profit clients and deal with all kinds of Property – commercial and high value investment residential and in all market sectors including office, industrial, retail occupiers and leisure. They advise large investment landlords and many high street retail tenants (many of whom are well known high-street retailers). Often the team works closely with colleagues in the firm’s Planning, Construction and Real Estate Litigation departments. The role will entail dealing with substantial transactions and specific types of work will include: • acquisitions and disposals of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use • the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters • development of sites • joint venture agreements • conditional sale and purchase contracts • auctions and options.
