As a recruitment consultant at this company, you will take over a warm desk within the finance sector. Having a soft landing, with existing client’s relationships to utilise, you’ll be able to maximise your earning potential from day one. However, you’ll also be able to grow your desk through the excellent training you’ll receive, your enhanced understanding of the market and existing connections.
