Overview
Do you have significant experience working as an operational services manager? Do you have experience managing both operations and infrastructure? If so then you may be the operational services manager, we are looking for. I am currently looking for an operational services manager to join my client on a permanent basis in Croydon. What will you be doing? As an operational services manager you will be the regional manager for the operational services in production. You will have responsibility for overall governance of the various 3rd parties and internal support/operations teams. You will manage the service desk whilst taking charge of ongoing reporting and manage the development of the ITSM capabilities and service delivery teams. You will be working with both infrastructure and end user services. Key skills: Significant experience managing complex service organisation Experience of providing hosting services and infrastructure services to multi-national organisation Ideally ITIL qualified ServiceNow experience would be beneficial Who will you be working for?
