Overview
Our client is an exceptional natural skincare and body care brand that is dedicated to providing products at a professional and therapeutic standard for hotel and spas worldwide The role available is for a Sales and Order Processing Administrator to join the team in London. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Generating sales orders on Sage for B2B clients, both in the UK and internationally Managing IT and relative equipment Handling all incoming calls and managing the customer services 'enquiries’ email account Liaising with the logistics company to process sales orders, uploading them onto the portal Processing payments Managing Order forms and Pricelists to keep updated with NPD/OOS etc. Creating new customers on SAGE, dealing with any sales order related issues Organising send outs of marketing material / samples to clients and prospects. Managing team building days/social activity Raising sales invoices Managing the 'orders’ email account Creating and updating sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) Managing inventory stock requirements, ordering office supplies Candidate requirements: Knowledge of Sage 50 would be advantageous Strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships with partner s Excellent customer service skills Confident using MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook An analytical and methodical approach Excellent communication skills As part of the application process, we will store your details on our database.
