Job Title - Senior Network Engineer Job Location, Reading, Berkshire Job Role : Description A Senior Network Engineer position is available in a newly established Performance & Acceptance team to act as UK based Performance & Optimisation Technical Lead for the Acceptance team supporting the Programme. Role is inside IR35 Responsibilities Site performance acceptance forms a key aspect of the Programme delivery, where formal Customer acceptance of sites in accordance with defined RAN KPIs and other indictors has significant impact upon project invoicing and working capital days, crucial to project profitability. The UK Performance and Optimisation Technical Lead will lead the UK acceptance team to deliver Site Acceptance for all RAN technologies being delivered (2G/(3G)/4G & 5G) The Technical Lead will work across all acceptance team work packages supervising and assisting in the delivery of RAN KPI analysis and reporting and will also act as a point of reference for GSC team management technical queries as and when required, to support the Business Line operations. Opportunity to build a new team and to create and develop the processes and procedures necessary to run a successful Performance, Optimisation and Acceptance functional unit within the Delivery Programme.
