Overview
Role: Financial Controller - Part Time 2/3 days Length: 12 month contract - permanent Rate per day: £300 - 350-day rate This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of a scaling tech start-up with a focus in estate agency. They offer a down to earth, dynamic and an entrepreneurial working environment. In this position, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance function. The role will include both reporting and commercial finance. Responsibilities: Managing all the day to day accounting operations including the transactional finance piece Reporting to the board of investors and debt providers Statutory and management accounts Reporting to the FCA to satisfy our financial compliance obligations Management of tax: credits, VAT, corporation tax and R&D Implementing new procedures and processes to streamline processes Management of outsourced bookkeepers The ideal candidate will have the following: Minimum fo 2 years experience working in a start-up environment Proven Financial Controller experience Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA) ideally bag for experience Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and autonomous working environment
