Research Manager (Quantitative Research) - Healthcare/Pharma Market Research Research Partnership is the largest independent healthcare market research and consulting agency in the world. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Research Manager with a background in Quantitative research to join our fast growing team in Fulham, London. The Research Manager role we are looking to hire is an important position within our business. The primary initial focus for the position will be to work on a major international brand tracking project, supporting more senior directors to manage and deliver a large multi-country study. You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic insight projects for a range of clients, while also managing the work of more junior executives and analysts. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for clients for the duration of a project, and will be involved in putting together and delivering proposals and client presentations. Research Partnership works with a wide variety of clients from across the global pharmaceutical, medtech and biotech industries, providing research intelligence and strategic recommendations that elevate healthcare brands and power their success. Our team in London currently numbers over 100, and we have offices situated around the globe. Your skills and experience At least 3 years of experience in market research. Ideally, you will have experience of working on international / multi-country projects. Expertise with large-scale Quantitative brand tracking projects (we are open to applicants whose experience is in non-pharma/healthcare sectors). Appreciation of marketing / client side issues. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Good communication skills - both verbal and written. Ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines. Your primary role Your responsibilities will primarily involve managing the tracking study. You will also have the opportunity to manage ad hoc projects. You will be an important point of contact for clients. You will prepare and present the majority of client presentations with director support. You will support senior management in training and management of junior staff. You will also help write proposals brought in by the directors and implement the project that you will then run on a daily basis. Further information This is a full time role (37.5 hours a week), based at our Fantastic HQ location in Fulham Green, directly opposite Putney Bridge in London, which boasts free state-of-the-art gym with showers, on-site café, outdoor cinema, panoramic river views, landscaped gardens and regular social events.
