Overview

This award winning organisation is looking to recruit a Campaign Manager to work as part of a growing team. The role is to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness through the use of traditional advertising, social media and branded content. This is very much a hands-on role with exposure to all aspects of campaign management, content creation, implementation and analysis. Campaign Manager - Key Responsibilities Work closely with digital, PR and operational teams to identify campaign opportunities, develop briefs, produce creative and content and deliver Manage agencies to create, produce and deliver concepts and materials on time and to budget Brief internal and external teams and suppliers, manage campaign schedules, media plans, creative and production processes Develop ongoing robust campaign test programmes most notably around media and creative and report on campaign performance Develop and deliver a video and photography content development schedule to maintain brand authority in the digital space and drive awareness and consideration Collaborate with creative partners to create industry-leading content that increases brand awareness and educates and informs audiences and drives website visits Manage photoshoots from requirement capture through brief and delivery, ensuring comprehensive, cost-efficient output Manage the online reputation across all social platforms, most notably Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Wikipedia, Glassdoor and Indeed Develop and deliver a national and local paid and organic social media marketing plan; posting curated and created content, organic and targeted advertising Engage daily with audiences and influencers, ensuring timely and brand-appropriate responses Use social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, competitor activity, industry and audience-relevant conversations and identify opportunities to proactively engage with consumers and other stakeholders Analyse, test and optimise paid activity to drive quality traffic to brand websites Campaign Manager - Person Profile Ideally graduate level or with professional marketing qualifications Experience of creative and production processes of ATL & BTL advertising and video content Retail marketing campaign management, gained either client or agency-side Print process management - procurement, techniques, quality control Skilled at copywriting and able to generate engaging content to share on social platforms Proven record of refining campaign activity and sales processes and evaluating marketing strategies Proven record of translating product propositions into effective marketing materials and advertising messages Well-developed PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Campaign Manager - Benefits 25 days holiday Pension (4% matched) EAP Bupa (individual) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team where you will receive ongoing support and training as well as the opportunity to work for a company that really values its employees.
