Digital Campaigns Manager Apply now + **Location** + - United Kingdom, London, Greater London + - Denmark + - USA + **Job ID** GB4293 + **Category** Marketing + **Language** EN **LEGO Brand Retail Global Ecommerce (part of The LEGO Group) is seeking an extremely talented digital marketing manager with a combination of data analysis and creativity.** As a digital campaign manager, you have a deep understanding of Retail Marketing activation plans and key business performance indicators in order to support discussions on tradeoffs and contingency plans. **Core Responsibilities** Weekly content planning and prioritisation for LEGO.com homepage for all commercial regions based on the Editorial Calendar, commercial performance data and stock position information Active participation/lead role in weekly Editorial Meetings to discuss and align on any relevant content changes tied to upcoming homepage updates Maintenance and management of homepage scheduling documents, including share-outs with stakeholders for visibility across key teams Collaborate with the Web Content team and Ecommerce Quality Assurance to ensure homepage content is updated according to the planned schedule and pre-determined user journeys, ensuring that all tracking codes have been implemented correctly Weekly homepage performance analysis to assess both previous week's and real-time content performance in order to support dialogues in commercial meetings and propose opportunities for optimization Support development of online-only monthly campaign briefs and work closely with the Site Operations team to provide detailed input into tactical execution briefs Liaise with Digital Insights to pull data form Adobe Analytisc to assess online-only campaign performance and share learnings with the wider Ecommerce team, Retail Marketing and DCE Support ad-hoc Digital Marketing efforts as needed, including test and learn opportunities, A/B testing and Personalization and content/site optimization **Play your part in our team succeeding** As a part of the LEGO Retail organization, the Global Ecommerce team drives the development of lego.com and digital shopper channels across regions, including new market entry, and plays a pivotal role in the LEGO Group commercial strategy. Working alongside global colleagues in Retail Marketing, Family Engagement and Content Development, this role will be instrumental in developing and deploying a robust Digital Marketing activation plan, ensuring focus on key commercial objectives whilst maintaining an immersive brand and product experience for Shoppers and Families. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy & Planning, this role will gain unique exposure to global Retail markets, leveraging our owned branded channels to deliver holistic channel growth and innovation. **Do you have what it takes?** BA or equivalent in Marketing, Business Development or related field with specialization in Digital channels Experience in Retail or Ecommerce Marketing, Onlilne Trading or related roles, with focus on Digital Activation for Consumer Products Experience working with Digital channels and levers, including but not limited to Social media, Search, Affiliate, Email and SMS Proven track record of delivering high quality Campaign briefs, with Agency experience a plus; understanding of Creative Agency ways of working and digital creative development processes are a must Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the shopping journey, and enthusiasm for exceeding shopper expectations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including development of business cases/investment models for internal buy-in An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles, results orientation with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working globally across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure.
