Job Description
dunnhumby is looking for a talented Campaign Management Associate! To support the team delivering Tesco campaigns, ensuring the end-to end delivery of campaigns runs effectively, and that these campaigns are error-free and released on time. What you'll be doing: * Support Campaign Manager and Campaign Management Lead in the effective delivery of Tesco campaigns and ad hoc delivery * Work with Media Planning and Analysts to ensure campaign work continues without pause or delay * Involved in maintenance of tracker, weekly updates, campaign kick-off and sign-off meetings with Tesco stakeholders and works on tasks as required to support Campaign Managers. * Delivers relevant campaign and channel updates at team forums. * Communicate recommendations effectively to both internal and external clients. * Set up campaigns and coupons in alignment with the briefs and generate relevant output files for Tesco and the Analysis team to ensure campaigns run smoothly. * Supports in seeking ways to improve the coupon pool for mailings to ensure it is continuously evolving and improving, providing customers with personalised offers. * Perform QA of campaigns to ensure compliance with guidelines and error-free campaigns. * Review project brief documents from which a campaign can be executed, maintaining them, and ensuring they are followed throughout the campaign cycle. * Help Campaign Managers drive innovation in the channels and upskill stakeholders. What you'll need: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any relevant subject. * Campaign Management * Creative / Design / Copywriting * CRM / Direct Communications Delivery * Media Planning * Media Channels (in-store, e-commerce, publications...)
